Pet Policy

Maximum Number of Pets: 2
Maximum Weight Limit:75lbs/ per pet
Monthly Pet Fee: $35 per pet
One-Time Nonrefundable Pet Fee: $350 for the first pet, $150 for each additional pet

Breed Restrictions: Our property team can answer your questions regarding breed restrictions. Some restricted breeds include: Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Doverman Pincers, Chows, Akita Wolf, Wolf Hybrid and any combination of the aforementioned breeds. Conditional Breeds: Dalmationas, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes and German Shepherds (Conditional on having a Canine Good Citizen Certification). We reserve the right to add additional breeds to this list at any time.

We participate in the Poo Prints program. All dogs will be required to provide a DNA cheek swab sample.
